Allee-Center opened on September 30, 1998 with more than 110 shops and specialty retailers over a sales area of 25,000 m². In addition to shopping, the building offers 7,000 m² of office space for companies to conduct their business activities, and on top of that, 23 families live in exclusive apartments in the center.
After expanding the sales area from two to three levels, Magdeburg’s marketplace has offered 150 retailers over 35,000 m² since March 30, 2006. Here you’ll find a consumer electronics store, two large grocery stores, a large food court, service providers, and restaurants.
